All our mixes can be made with any oil of your choice e.g. coconut oil, light olive oil or rice bran oil.
It is recommended you use room temperature eggs
If you wish to bake without egg you can use egg substitutes such as ‘No Egg’ natural egg replacer (available at health food shops). Read the packet for directions. As always, carefully check any products you purchase for known allergens.

Note: When baking the cake without eggs, an additional ½ teaspoon of baking powder added to baking mix is recommended.
If you want your goodies dairy free just add your choice of dairy free milk in place of milk, e.g. rice milk.
Just stir in your choice of ingredients before pouring into a 12 hole muffin tin that is either oiled or filled with muffin cases. Delicious with dark chocolate chips (or dairy free chocolate), fresh or frozen raspberries. Bake approx 20 minutes or until muffin bounces back when lightly pressed on top.
