All our mixes can be made with any healthy oil of your choice e.g. coconut oil, light olive oil or rice bran oil.
It is recommended you use room temperature eggs
If you wish to bake without egg you can use egg substitutes such as ‘No Egg’ natural egg replacer (available at health food shops). Read the packet for directions. As always, carefully check any products you purchase for known allergens.
